Do digital scopes take pictures at night?

It is a Bushnell Digital Imaging Spotter and costs $164.95
If it does not take good pictures at night time than what will?
You need a Nightvision scope with an attached digital camera. There is a huge difference in price between the two.

Your link does not mention any lux number (0 or 1 means sensitive to low light situations or even the ability to set the camera at high ISO values) The camera itself is very low resolution. 0.3MP … most cheap compact digital cameras are at least 5.0MP, so you can see what you might expect quality wise.
This is a spotting scope (used when there is sunlight). It is an optical scope, not a digital scope … it only has a small digital camera attached to it.
